J&L Consulting was founded  in 2003 by a Danish citizen Anders Johansen. The main areas of practice were focused on providing project management including legal, tax and accounting services supporting projects in Ukraine. The company founded in Lviv had only 4 employees, however, it quickly levelled up to the regional market leader. In the very beginning J&L Consulting provided a comprehensive administrative care for industry
projects in Ukraine, concentrating mainly on a legal, accounting and tax questions that occur in the start-up of a company in Ukraine. During the ensuing years, a wider  range of services were offered based on the clients needs.

J&L Consulting ‘s business mission is to promote and assist in a business start-up with the help of experienced lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, recruiters, auditors, custom brokers, project managers and real estate evaluators in Ukraine.
