International company that specializes in manufacturing of high-quality enclosed trailers for building sites and events is searching for a Production Manager.
Experience:
+3 Years of experience with managing a production:
o Preferably a production with a headcount of 50-100 people.
o Preferably a product of same or similar complexity as a trailer production
o Relying on ERP systems in day-to-day operations.
Previous practical working with LEAN principles:
o VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
o Kaisen (continuous improvement activities)
o 5S (Flow, standardization and Housekeeping)
Responsibilities:
· Manage production with a headcount of 50-100 people
· Arranging work on LEAN initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, 5S)
· Close corporation and reporting with Factory management
Education:
· Relevant degree within manufacturing / production / process engineering
· Preferably further trainings within people and production management
IT:
· Daily user of ERP systems (AX dynamics 2012)
· Strong user of the Microsoft platform: Excel, Teams, Word
· Previous experience with BI platforms (power-BI)
Language:
· Ukrainian: level 4 (Full Professional Proficiency)
· English: level 3 (Professional Working Proficiency)
