We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer to join our team as a Strong Junior – Entry Middle Legal Specialist.
Legal Knowledge and Education
- Understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate law.
- Familiarity with labour, tax, law (basic practical application).
- Knowledge of legal research methods and sources.
- Basic understanding of international law or compliance standards (GDPR, AML, sanctions).
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of practical experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and internal policies.
- Experience communicating with government authorities or preparing legal documents for registration.
- Participation in due diligence or corporate structuring processes is an advantage.
Skills
- Legal drafting and document review skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret laws and regulations accurately.
- Competence in legal research using national databases and online tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Written and spoken English
Soft Skills
