President Zelensky Signs Law Exempting Mobilized Entrepreneurs from Taxes and UST
Mobilized individual entrepreneurs (PEs) are exempt from paying taxes and the unified social tax (UST): the law has been signed.
On July 3, Volodymyr Zelensky signed Law No. 4505-IX dated June 18, 2025.
According to the law, the exemption from paying UST, personal income tax (PIT), single tax (ST), and military levy (ML) will be automatically granted to PEs without the need to submit applications or documents confirming the period of mobilization.
Ukraine and Denmark Sign Agreement to Establish Defense Production Facilities
Ukraine and Denmark have signed an agreement to establish Ukrainian defence production facilities in Denmark. This was announced by the Minister of Strategic Industries, Herman Smetanin, on his Telegram channel.
Smetanin noted that a year ago, Denmark was the first to start financing the production of weapons by Ukrainian companies. Today, it has become the first country where Ukraine exports its defense technologies for production, scaling, and supply to the Ukrainian military.
In June, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Denmark would be the first country with which Ukraine will launch joint production of long-range drones and missiles outside of Ukraine.
Ukraine Reinstates Mandatory Statistical and Financial Reporting for Businesses
The mandatory submission of statistical and financial reports to the State Statistics Service is being reinstated.
Law No. 4505 has amended Law No. 2115 on the protection of the interests of economic entities in submitting reports and other documents during the war period.
It was published in the "Voice of Ukraine" on July 4. Therefore, its provisions come into effect on July 5, and the obligation to report begins from this date.
According to the law, individual entrepreneurs, enterprises, institutions, and organizations must again report to the statistical authorities – the "wartime" benefit has ended.
