It has been legalized for employees to work from home in accordance with the terms of labor contract. Also employer is able to provide vacations under employees’ consent.
Unpaid leave caused by quarantine period can be provided additionally and is not included to the 15 days period of ordinary unpaid leave according to law.
It’s obligatory for the bodies and organizations which are providing public services to inform customers about such changes.
It’s forbidden to carry out any scheduled inspections of business by any state authority during quarantine period.
It is applied to the cases when quarantine impends on proper obligations fulfillment by the contractual parties. In such case “guilty” party is released from liability for non- execution or improper execution of its obligations under the contract. The time of discharging lasts till the mentioned circumstances will be eliminated.
A fine in the amount up to 170 000 UAH will be imposed for quarantine regime non- observance.
Criminal prosecution for violation of anti-epidemiological rules including those which have been introduced by local authorities.

Temporary abolishment of administrative liability for some of migration rules breaking
It’s applied for those foreigners who are unable to go outside Ukraine (for visa receiving for example) or are unable to apply to the State Migration Service of Ukraine to exchange their temporary/permanent residence permits due to quarantine period.
Mentioned Law is under temporary action and will be valid for the next three months after its official publication.
